Children’s t-shirt competition

This summer at Brixton windmill we will be expanding our range of merchandise to include a new t-shirt and we need your help to create the new design!

We are launching a competition for children in local schools to make a drawing of Brixton Windmill, and the winning design will be printed onto the new range of t-shirts which will be launched during our summer parade and festival on June 22nd.

We would love for teachers in the borough to ask their class group to create a drawing, in a maximum of TWO colours, to be submitted to by April 30th. The winning design will get a FREE educational workshop session at Brixton Windmill for their class group (worth £60) as well as a t-shirt and goodie bag for themselves, and a Friends of Windmill Gardens family membership for them and their family!

For more information, or to arrange for your drawings to be collected from your school by April 30th, email Stephen at slawlor@lambeth.gov.uk and GOOD LUCK!
